With 15+ years experience leading a variety of HR efforts including talent acquisition, compensation, employee engagement and policy, she has created impressive ROI-positive outcomes at many companies with her people-focused approach. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at AAPC, Afi has held key HR roles at Malouf Companies, Harris Research, Inc. Intermountain Healthcare, and RR Donnelley.  

In 2011, Afi founded Juvenis Skin Care and successfully grew the company over a period of 6 years. Her passion for people and forward-thinking company culture lead her back to the HR field. With a wider perspective of business operations, Afi has continued to innovate and lead by helping employees succeed.
