Harrison is a lawyer experienced in advising startups in product counseling, commercial contracts, partnerships, data privacy, open source software, and IP licensing and commercialization. He was previously head of legal at a crypto neobank and an associate in Gunderson Dettmer’s Silicon Valley office.

He earned his JD at the University of Chicago Law School and BS Accounting at the University of Utah.
